Step 1: The first step in the process will be to navigate to the official website for your Military Star Card account (www.myecp.com).
Step 2: On the login page, find where to enter the credentials which you will need for your Military Star Card Login.
Step 3: Enter your login details in the fields provided (username and password).
Step 4: Now check the Remember me box to save your login details on your device
Step 5: Click the Login button to complete the Military Star credit card Login process.
Reset Your User-Id And Password For Military Star Card Login
(1) Reset Your User Id
- You must visit the official website of your Military Star Card account (www.myecp.com).
- Access the Military Star Card login portal located on the homepage or click on the “Log In” menu in the upper right corner of the homepage.
- Click the Forgot my user ID link.
- Enter last name and last five digits of social security numbers
- Select the month, day, and year of your birth date
- Then solve the captcha
- Click on the Validate button
- Follow the additional instructions to reset your User ID.
(2) Reset Your Password
- You need to visit the official website (www.myecp.com).
- On the login page, find and click Forgot your password?
- After clicking on it, your browser will take you to a page where you can reset your password. You must enter the User ID, the last five digits of the Social Security Number (SSN).
- Select the month, day, and year of your birth date.
- Solve the captcha.
- Then click Validate.
- Follow the additional instructions to reset your password.
