Options For Military Star Card Payment

Online

  • Visit the Military Star Card website (www.myecp.com).
  • Use your Military Star card username and password to log in.
  • In the account summary, select “Make a payment.”
  • Add a bank file with your bank account number and routing/transit number
  • Choose the amount you want to pay for the service
  • You can choose a date to process your payment or set up recurring payments to run regularly.
  • You must verify your payment information and submit it if everything is correct.

Pay By Mail

  • If you prefer to pay your bills by mail, follow these instructions:
