Steps To Register For Military Star Card

  • You need to visit the official MYECP website (www.myecp.com).
  • On the page, find the “Log In” menu and click on it.
  • After clicking this button, a login page will appear where you can register.
  • On the login page, click the “Sign up here” link from the phrase “New to MyECP? Please Sign Up here.”
  • You can proceed with the Military Star credit card registration process. During the registration process, you will need to provide your card number, card expiry date (month and year), security code (which is on the card), social security information, and date of birth.

  • Click Next to continue registration.

Military Star Credit Card Tips

  • Keep copies of all your receipts/expenses.
  • Immediately open your monthly invoice and compare the charges to your saved receipts.
  • Contact the Exchange Credit Service Center if questionable credits/charges appear on your bank statement.
  • Inform the Credit Exchange call center about the change of address. An incorrect address will delay the receipt of your statement.
  • Pay on time: Contact the Credit Exchange Service Center immediately if you cannot make the payment.
  • Sign up for online statements, view your account, and set up automatic payments to be debited from your bank account.
  • If you wish to dispute specific charges, you must file your dispute in writing within 60 days of receiving your statement.
